1. EAT THREE SMALL MEALS AND TWO SMALL SNACKS PER DAY

You have a very small upper stomach that will be filled quite quickly by a small
meal. This will induce a feeling of fullness, and it is most important that you
eat slowly and stop when you feel full. If you continue to eat you may stretch
the stomach or vomit or both.

2. EAT ONLY QUALITY SOLID FOOD

It is most important now that you are eating only small amounts of food that it
is nutritious and of good quality.

3. DON’T TAKE LIQUIDS WITH MEALS

You need to eat solid food to attain a feeling of fullness and satisfaction
quickly. Drinking with meals tends to wash the solid food through the stomach
denying you the feeling of early fullness.

4. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

It is most important to incorporate regular physical activity into your lifestyle.
Physical activity burns calories contributing to weight loss, improves
cardiovascular health, bone density, muscle strength and tone, flexibility,
better posture, stress relief, increased confidence and has a beneficial effect
on depression.
